Michael originally joined Daley & Co in 1996, working in our Assurance division. From 1999 to 2005 Michael worked with a large accounting firm in Wollongong in their Audit and Assurance Services division where he progressed to the level of Senior Manager. Michael was involved in the roll-out of audit and methodology training to audit staff and on occasion to clients. In June 2005, Michael returned to Daley & Co, and was appointed to the position of Audit Partner on 1 July 2006. Michael has worked almost entirely in audit and assurance roles since entering into public practice in 1992. Michael has gained an exposure to a broad range of clientele, having taken a managing role on the audits of clients of significant size and complexity across a diverse range of industries. These have included the Clubs industry, the Trade Union movement, government funded organisations, aged care, building societies, credit unions, health management (insurance) and even ASX-listed companies.
