Overview

Daley are specialists in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) having been administering funds for our clients for many years. SMSF’s are able to provide amazing flexibility and benefits but they are also complex. As such, it is important that you have specialists in your corner providing you with assistance every step of the way.

The team at Daley and Daley Financial Planning can assess whether a SMSF would be beneficial for your situation and suitable for you. The benefits of a SMSF can be compelling, however a SMSF is not suitable for every investor. There are cost considerations as well as the ability to manage the administration of the fund which can at times mean that a SMSF may not be the only option for a client.

Typically, a SMSF is suitable for the following persons

Small business owners

Property investors

Very conservative investors

Investors looking for control of their money

Individuals or couples with Superannuation assets above $300,000

There are situations where clients with less than $300,000 can utilise a SMSF effectively and we urge that you discuss with us your circumstances, so we can help you to determine a most appropriate course of action.
